On a personal note, my lovely wife Patricia and I have been married for 36 years. We have lived in Stony Plain since 1988. We have three children and their spouces Carolyn (Craig), David (June) and Kevin (Holly). We also have three grandchildren Ethan, Kaylee Rose and Carter. We are truly blessed! They are all on their own and doing quite well.
I retired from the R.C.M.P. in 2003 after 25 fulfilling years. Patricia is a former Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.), former business over in Stony Plain/Spruce Grove (Turbo & Shell franchises) and manager of the Safeway gas bar in Stony Plain for five years. She is now happily retired and is a stay at home administrator for our business.
We attend and support the Stony Plain United Church serving on the Board of steward, official boards while Patricia serves on the warship committee. I have been a member of the Stony Plain Legion for 20 years, and am also on the Chamber of Commerce and a Rotarian. We both volunteer our time an finances to various charities in our community. We are very happy to be Stony Plain residents and enjoy supporting our community.
