Buying or selling, selecting the best Realtor is very important. This individual must be a person you trust. Lets face it, this is likely the biggest single money transaction in your life. You want it to go smoothly, least amount of hassle and too your benefit.
Selecting your Realtor; look for honesty, truthfulness, hard working, you as their primary focus, market knowledgeable, friendly, listener, communicator, strong negotiate. Your Realtor should have as their business pillar; ethics, trust and confidence. Those are mine.
On a personal note, Patricia and I have been married 35 years. We have three (3) children, all on their own and doing well. We have lived in Stony Plain since 1988. I retired from the R.C.M.P. in 2003. Patricia is a former Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.), former business owner in Stony Plain/Spruce Grove (Turbo & Shell franchises) and now retired, stay at home assistant for our business.
We attend and support Stony Plain United Church. I am a Stony Plain Legion member, 19 years. We both volunteer time and fiances too various charitable functions in our community.
We are very happy to be Stony Plain residents and enjoy supporting the community.
